While not all employees are covered for medical care, the available medical plan does include coverage for pre-existing conditions, ensuring that those with prior health issues are protected. Employees have the option to add family members to their medical plan; however, this comes at their own expense.

Pension / Retirement

The pension plan is a Defined Contribution scheme, meaning that a pension pot is accumulated throughout an employee’s career and can be accessed upon retirement. The company contributes a pension amount of 6%, helping employees build a more secure retirement fund over time.

Death Cover
