Protect Financial offers a unique enhanced sick pay benefit that ensures an employee receives 100% of their net salary for up to 12 months in the event of longterm sickness or injury, allowing them to focus on their recovery without worrying about financial strain.
Protect Financial provides top up to 100% of an employees net salary should they be required to take a leave of absence for more than 30 days due to any extended period of sickness covered by a doctors note.
Protect Financial is a voluntary benefit paid for by employees. The product is paid for through a monthly deduction of 1.5% taken from the employee’s gross salary as part of the payroll process.
