REC Parenting provides support throughout the entire parenting lifecycle, from those first moments of considering starting a family, to how to manage adult teenagers, to coping as a grandparent, uncle, aunt, or blended family.

REC Parenting was founded by Dr Ana Aznar, a child psychologist, professor and mother of four boys. During Covid, she sensed first-hand the need for reliable and up-to-date information on raising children which was accessible but also delivered in a way that is non-judgemental, compassionate and understanding.
