All of the properties listed on the Roomless platform are verified by the team. That means the property definitely exists (no scams here), and the authenticity of the photos and accuracy of the information provided is guaranteed, so you can book online with complete peace of mind. 

2. Search

All you need to do is search through the Spacest listings to find a property that suits you. The pictures and detailed descriptions will help you decide which properties fulfil your requirements. If you need any more information, you can click on the button to contact the Spacest team. 

3. Book

Once you have found your property, you can book directly via the website. Simply send a rental request to the homeowner by entering your desired arrival date, length of stay, and a short summary of yourself. Then you need to wait for the owner’s reply. 

4. Confirm

If the owner accepts your request, you will receive a notification to pay the first month’s rent and the Roomless fee to confirm your reservation. 

5. Post-confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed, Roomless will put you directly in touch with the owner to sort out any outstanding details. Then you’re free to move into your place on your chosen date, and start to make yourself at home!
